The acquisition continues Realia Is\u00e4nn\u00f6inti\u2019s growth strategy and advances its goal to be a pioneer in the property management industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TaloHelmi Oy has operated in Oulu since 2009, and since 2015, the company has achieved a strong position in the Oulu region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cTaloHelmi Oy wanted to ensure the continued availability to customers of qualified and skilled staff, and also to ensure that its staff have the support for their work that can be provided by a larger company that is a leader in the industry. Our family company\u2019s growth target seemed difficult to achieve, but after reflection and after finding a suitable partner, the decision on the business transaction was easy to make\u201d, says&nbsp;<strong>Raimo Holappa<\/strong>, chair of the board of TaloHelmi Oy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe wanted a straightforward company to continue our contract work for our valued housing company customers in Oulu.
