Housing companies may pay property tax for substantially larger floor areas or even for buildings that have already been demolished. The special inspection of real estate tax offers the opportunity to find savings potential in real estate taxation and possibly apply for refunds of paid real estate tax from the Tax Administration. The inspection will be carried out by a real estate taxation specialist together with the property manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The service in a nutshell:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The building manager and the specialist review the background information and determine the potential for savings.
